Being there for 5 days we got a lot of time to fill.
What is good to do during the day?
We've discussed the gun range and possibly the go-karting, plus the afterburner package and a sky-dive, anything else we should be looking at?
We'll be doing a fair amount of gambling, but pretty sure I've got that covered!
Any other tips, tricks or ideas much appreciated!
Definitely go downtown to Fremont Street one night, take in the light show and have a good walk around the casinos and bars there.
Everything is much closer together than on the Strip.
What time of year are you going?
If you are going during pool season then it makes a big difference what you want to plan during the day?
Don't underestimate the 24hr nature of Vegas and the difficulty to trying to organise large groups into too many pre-meditated activities.
Wasn't it some guys from the UK recently who wanted to know where they could hire a "little person" for their stag?
To accompany the groom while they made him dress up like an English schoolboy?
Ummm, I have a bit of a phobia stag party in vegas small people - if this is being organised there could be some problems.
I'd better have a chat with the lads.
As for what time of year, we're heading out at the beginning of May, as far as I know all the pool day-clubs are starting to open.
Are these a good idea?
We are going in June for a stag as well and have pretty much planned the same things as you, skydive etc.
DaveNJ2006: Any links to the thread regarding the "little person" for hire?
We was thinking of getting one dressed up as a smurf.
Has everyone overlooked the obvious strip club???
Isn't that a necessity for a stag party?
Something to keep in mind here.
There is plenty to do already without crowding a bunch of other stuff in.
It can be very frustrating planning events only to have alot of stag party in vegas group not attend.
From their view its also a pain to have to do things you really dont want to do on your vacation.
Just plan a meal or one outing and thats that.
Pool parties and generally hanging out by the pool will occupy most of your days.
The atmosphere at lots of pools can get pretty fun, the big ticketed parties Rehab Wet Republic, Marquee, Ditch are even more extreme but you should definitely go to one for the blast.
If you do want to go to a Gentlemen's Club then make sure you phone them in advance and arrange for them to send you a limo.
If you ask the limo will be free, entry will be free and you should be able to negotiate some free drinks.
This is because all taxi drivers claim a bounty for anyone they deliver to a strip club and the clubs re-coup this by charging entry.
Hi, So how was the Stag in Vegas?
Im organizing my Brother's Stag this June in LV and wanted to get some first hand top tips and recommendations.
Ive been to Vegas with the wife and stag party in vegas work but this is obviously going to be a very very different trip.
What are "must-do's" for us?
I'm also on a stag at the beginning of May but with 17 others!
Maybe our paths will cross?
See you in the!!!
The only thing we've planned is to go to Rehab.
Other than that amusing stag party in vegas were can go with the flow.
We've done several trips in large groups like this before so we know than too many plans just end up becoming a grid.
You'll never be able to please everyone.
Plus, one of the best things is reassembling the following morning and hearing about everyone's escapades from the previous night.
